Directions
Step 1
Begins with Not Just a Colon Cleanse as instructed on the packaging.
Step 2
After completing the Not Just a Colon Cleanse as instructed, wait 2 days before
starting the Fibroids & Cyst Healing Tea along with the Sea Moss Supplement. Both
products are to be used until finished.
Step 3
After completing STEP 2, wait 5 days before starting The Nature’s Iron Tonic
Supplement.
Please note:
➢ When using the Punani Healing Tea, use as needed. This is dependent on if
you are experiencing extremely heavy flow. In cases of heavy flow – use for a
minimum of seven (7) days and repeat if needed.
➢ Please make every effort to PRINT this information to have it for daily
reference.
Wait one week and repeat process until all products are finished.

Start with Not Just a Colon Cleanse and the Sea Moss Supplement, and follow the directions on each label. After you finish the Sea Moss, wait 3 days before starting the Immune Support Tea. During the process, drink plenty of room-temperature water and keep your meals simple and plant-based. If you’re unsure about any step, reach out before you begin.
Here at JD wholistic Care we highly recommend eating from a WHOLE PLANT FOOD DIET. Especially if you are dealing with any form of chronic aliment.
consuming atleast 8 cups of room temperature water per day is extremely vital as
hydration assists in the natural detoxification process of the body, while helping to flush your system You can also eat lots of watery fruits to assist with the hydration process.
A Whole Plant Food Diet is recommended (please do some research about this diet).
If you are seeking to reverse any form of CANCER in the body, it is important to limit your
intake of cooked foods as much as possible; eat mostly raw nutrient dense foods. (Please
research on raw food diet to reverse cancer).
1. Your last meal must be before 8:00 p.m. (Green Smoothie)
2. Remove regular table salt from your diet and replace with sea salt. Ensure that in
grocery shopping to check the labels for ingredients. Use - SEA SALT, REDMOND
REAL SALT, PINK HIMALAYAN SALT or CELTIC SALT, as these salts are in their
natural state and contains many minerals that are good for a healthy body.
3. Seeded Grapes are best, especially for persons with cancer.
4. Use Spring or Filtered water ONLY. The recommended brands for Jamaicans are –
Lifespan, Catherine’s Peak, 876 or Natures Pure.
Meal Recommendations while Detoxing
Breakfast
Smoothie 1
1 medium beet root
1 carrot
1 red apple
Piece of ginger roots and add a little water then blend.
Fruit smoothie:
1 cup of pineapple
2 cups of watermelon use as much of the rind as possible do not remove the seeds.
Dice ginger root in small pieces
Blend all ingredients - no water is needed. (Yes, you can eat the fruits instead of making smoothies).
Smoothie 3
Mango juice & ginger
Ripe mangoes (pealed, and cut in small pieces)
Remove skin from ginger root and dice in small pieces
Small amount of water
Blender ingredients (no straining).
(Papaya is your best friend, along with consuming the seeds, if you are dealing with Fibroids, Cyst or even Cancer. Grind them out or blend like a teaspoon with your fruits and
consume).
Smoothie 4
1 cup pineapple
1/2 cup mango
1 cup coconut milk/any nut seed milk or jelly water)
Blend all ingredients
Dinner
Green Smoothie
1 Small or medium cucumber (peeled)
Handful of spinach or any green leafy vegetable
1 Cup pineapple
Piece of ginger root, diced
Add a little water as needed and blend.
NB: DO NOT STRAIN
During COVID, many natural products were recommended to protect the body’s immune
system. Turmeric, lemon and ginger were some that were recommended. These ingredients
when combined are not just good for COVID but many other health issues, such as
cancer. When combined, it is taken as a ‘shot’ daily.
Recipe
1 cup fresh lime or lemon juice
3 tablespoon ginger root
1 tablespoon fresh turmeric
1/2 teaspoon whole black pepper
Blend all ingredients together.
Refrigerate or store in a cool place.
Take 1 shot cup DAILY, preferably on an empty stomach.
Healthier Food Substitutes
For healthier living, healthy eating is vital. When it comes to healthy eating, small changes
can make a big difference. Substituting healthier food choices can have major benefits such as weight loss, lower one’s risk of lifestyle diseases such as diabetes, hypertension, cancer and others. Below are some healthier substitutes:
Rice substitutes:
Kamut, Wild rice not black rice, Quinoa
Sugar substitutes:
Date sugar, Coconut sugar, Maple syrup, Honey, Date syrup, Dates
(It is recommended that diabetics and cancer patients avoid all unnatural sweeteners).
Dairy Milk Substitutes
Coconut milk, Almond milk, Walnut milk, Oats milk, Hemp seed milk.
I suggest that as much as possible that you make your own milk. Recipes and instructions
can be found online, including YouTube.
Meat Substitutes
Lintel, Beans, Nuts, Mushrooms, Vegetables, Mushrooms (these are your best friend), and
Chickpeas (limit the consumption volume if you’re experiencing a high level of estrogen in your body, e.g. fibroids, cysts or hormone imbalance.
Again, there is a variety of recipes online on how to prepare these meat substitutes.
