Express international FedEx is available by special arrangement only.

 Shipping Methods

 

Jamaica Post (standard shipping)

Reliable, cost-free international delivery.

(21- 30 business days).

Knutsford Express:

Typically delivered 1–2 business days after dispatch.

Zipmail: 

Delivery within 2–3 business days.

Bearer Delivery (Kingston only)

Available on Wednesdays and Thursdays.

Free pick-up (Kingston)', cash on delivery is only available for this option

available days for pick up are, Mondays, Tuesdays & Fridays.

 

Pick-Up Policy

Book at least 24 hours in advance.

Once confirmed, please arrive at the agreed time.

Cancellations require at least 2 hours’ notice.

Missed pick-ups without notice will require prepayment before rescheduling.

 

Order Processing

 

Allow 5–10 business days to process and fulfill your order.

Orders are processed Monday to Friday, excluding public holidays.

 

 Shipping Address

 

Orders are shipped to the address provided at checkout.

Ensure your details are accurate and complete

If you entered incorrect information, contact us immediately via email before your order is shipped.

Tracking & Delivery

 

Once your order has been shipped, tracking information will be emailed to you.

 Customers are responsible for monitoring delivery updates.

 

Lost or damaged packages

 

 All packages are carefully packed to prevent damage or leakage.

 JD Wholistic Care is not liable for lost, stolen, or damaged packages after handover to your selected courier.

 For damaged deliveries, file a claim directly with the courier.

 

International Shipping

 

 International orders are shipped via Jamaica Post (Standard) or, FedEx Express

(by arrangement).

Delivery times vary by location.

Customers are responsible for customs duties, taxes, and import fees.
