We reserve the right to cancel or refuse any order for any reason, including errors in pricing or product availability.
4. Shipping Policy
Orders are processed within 5-10 business days.
Delivery times vary by location and shipping method.
We are not responsible for delays due to customs, weather, or courier issues.
Shipping costs are covered by us once orders are being shipped by Jamaica Post, Knutsford Express, Zipmail or local Bearer services, with the exemption of orders being shipped by express shipping
(FedEx), the cost of express shipping will vary depending on location and order size.
5. Returns & Refunds
Due to the nature of our products, we do not accept returns of products.
However, if an error was made on our end, we will do the necessary investigations and replace said item if we are at fault.
6. Allergies and Sensitivities
Our products contain herbs, essential oils, and other natural ingredients. It is the buyer’s responsibility to review ingredient lists and perform patch tests. We are not liable for any adverse reactions or allergies.
7. Limitation of Liability

No Return Policy
Due to the nature of our products, all sales are final. We do not accept returns, exchanges, or offer refunds on any herbal or skincare products once they have been purchased.
This policy is in place to ensure the safety, hygiene, and integrity of our products. As our items are natural, personal care items, we cannot restock or resell them once they have left our facility.

Incorrect Items
