INSTRUCTIONS
 
Diatomaceous is a trace mineral, that helps to remove parasites, worms, pathogens,
and E-coli from the intestinal track. It also helps to flush out heavy metals like
Aluminium from the body. (For additional information about Diatomaceous I
recommend that you use search engines such as Google etc for further information).
Before starting your parasite cleanse, start with Not Just A Colon Cleanse. As per
instructions on packaging, the Not Just A Colon Cleanse should be done at least 3 or
4 days - every day before you start the Parasite Cleanse, twice per day (morning and
night) - (see package for instructions).
 
DIRECTIONS – PARASITE CLEASE
Please note that this cleanse must be initiated at least 10 days before the full Moon.
This cleanse should be taken for 10 consecutive days, and on an EMPTY STOMACH.
Step 1:
First thing in the morning before consuming the cleanse, drink 8 oz warm key lime
water. This should be made with warm spring/filtered water and 1 whole lime. Do
this EVERY MORNING before consuming the Parasite Cleanse.
Wait 15 minutes before doing Step 2
 
Step 2:
For days 1 - 7, dissolve 1 tsp of Diatomaceous to 8 oz spring or filtered water.
Remember this should always be taken on an empty stomach.
Ensure to follow through with drinking an additional 8 oz of water within 15-20 mins
of consuming the mixture.
 
Step 3:
On day 8 - increase the dosage to 2 tsp per 8 oz water.
 
Step 4:
After 10 days take 7 days break. During this time you will supplement with 2
tablespoon per day of Bladderwrack infused Sea Moss Gel.
 
Step 5:
During these 7 days break, drink at least 2 cups of either Cloves, Fennel or Cerasee
tea.
After the 7 days break repeat step 2.

Rules to Follow During Cleanse
 
1. Please be advised that this cleanse requires you to be on a whole plant food diet
for the entirety of the protocol.
2. Remove animal products, process sugars and dairy products from your diet.
 
3. Hydration is a must while doing this cleanse, failure to stay hydrated will lead
to constipation and some very unpleasant die off symptoms that comes with
general parasite cleanse.
 
4. Additional products that you may need can be purchased from me directly or
from my website.
